GENERAL
SIGN IN
Check-in for your class with one of our Guest Service Reps or Teacher at the desk.
Self Check-in iPad is also available if any of our team is occupied.
Yogalife is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. Yogalife endeavours to deliver all of our classes on time, and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration would be extremely helpful for us to gauge attendance and expectations

Classes open for booking 5 days in advance. (For Yogalife members, booking opens 14 days in advance)
Please check the class schedule an hour before class starts in case of any cancellations. We do our best to cancel class within 2 hours of start time in case of emergencies or zero/low attendance.
CHANGE ROOMS
Enjoy a shower! Please be mindful to keep shower time under 15 minutes to respect our teachers’ time after practice.
Please do not take photos or videos inside changing rooms to respect the comfort of others.
RENTALS FOR MATS/PROPS
We are currently providing mat & prop rentals, or check out our shop online to purchase a mat/props.
We have Earth Water ($2.50) to purchase if you forget your water bottle.
NO LATE ADMISSIONS
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts, as we may still be locking doors when class begins, you may not be able to attend if you are late for class.
GENTLE VOICES
Please use quieter, gentle voices when in the hallways and lounge.
INSIDE THE PRACTICE ROOM
Please follow along with the instructor. Cell phones are not allowed in the studio, we offer locks and lockers for your valuables. Please be sure to turn all notifications and sounds/brightness off on any fitness trackers or smartwatches.
KEEP VALUABLES SAFE
Yogalife is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings or any loss or damage to any property resulting from attending our studio.
RESPECT ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES TO SCENT
Please do NOT use perfume, cologne, or scent sprays in the studios as these might trigger people’s allergic responses
Yogalife reserves the right to refuse entry to any person to its premises or access to any of its classes for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to misconduct, intoxication, or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
Please be kind. We are all experiencing the effects that the pandemic has had on us all and we all have different coping mechanisms. Be gentle with each other and remember that you’re practising yoga together which can also be ‘off the mat’.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT PRACTICE WHEN YOU ARE SICK.
A reminder that you don’t “sweat out your sickness” - you end up dehydrating yourself in the heat when you should actually be keeping yourself as hydrated as possible. PLEASE take good care of your body and of others by not coming to the studio when you are experiencing any flu or cold symptoms.
LATE POLICY
We do not allow late entry to any classes for safety reasons.
NO exceptions will be made.
BOOKING POLICY
ACCEPTING WALK-INS; PRE-REGISTRATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
Ensure you have updated billing information on file. Bookings open 5 days prior, close 30 minutes before class, and are first-come, first-served. If the class is full, keep checking throughout the day as cancellations do occur.
For Yogalife Members, booking window opens 14 days in advance.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are offering limited spots for booking, we now require guests to cancel reservations they cannot attend more than 2 hours before the start of class. Please note that there is a $5 fee for late cancellations when the class is full or a $10 fee for no-shows. A valid credit card on file is required to maintain online booking privileges. Please see below for further information.
Effective September 29th, 2022: Members with session passes, instead of a no-show fee being charged to your credit card, a class will be removed from your session passes.
WAITLIST
If the class you are hoping to book for is full - you will be added to a waitlist. You will receive an email/text notifying if you’ve been added to class.
NO-SHOWS
Single Class and Class Packages
If you do not show up to a class and do not cancel, you will forfeit a class pass.
Monthly Memberships:
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $10 to your credit card on file.
All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Workshops & Registered Classes: You must cancel 48 hours or more in advance to receive a refund or credit for another workshop. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, your workshop credit will still be deducted from your account.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We do NOT offer refunds on any Single passes, Class Passes, Sale items, or any Memberships.

MEMBERSHIPS:
Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover your monthly membership payment. If a payment is declined for any reason, Yogalife will attempt to re-submit your payment every day for three days. If your payment fails for four consecutive days, Yogalife will cancel your membership.
Memberships cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will be denied entry and have their membership cancelled.
Membership will continue to renew until cancelled.
If your credit card details expire, these must be updated via the Yogalife app or website. Alternatively, you can update your details by calling or visiting the studio.
All account debts must be settled before the membership cancellation can be finalized; this includes all late cancellations and no-show charges incurred.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
We accept no responsibility if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
Yogalife is not responsible if Gift Card holders cannot use Yogalife’s services or facilities because of an event caused by a natural force such as extreme weather or something similar beyond our reasonable control.
DISCOUNTS:
The following groups can receive a 15% discount on our monthly memberships. Email us at memberships@yogalifestudios.ca with proof of ID to get your discount code.
Students - with a valid student ID
Yoga Teachers - with certification or teaching schedule for reference
Seniors - over 65
First Responders
Alberta Health Services / Covenant Health
Indigenous Peoples
School Teachers - with valid ID
LOST & FOUND
Yogalife is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or yoga room.
Please use the lockers provided to keep your valuables safe.
Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
We will typically keep any lost & found items for 2 weeks before donating items.
PAYMENT
The terms and conditions of Yogalife’s third-party biller Stripe can be found here.
Yogalife is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements between yourself and your bank.
